Final Dutep Water Challenge Held at City Hall

Jakarta Provincial Government held Final Dutch Training and Exposure Program (Dutep) Water Challenge at Tempo Doeloe Room, City Hall, Wednesday (9/26).
They are tested to implement things they learned from integrated urban water management sector
This event is held to choose the best two programs from total five programs that is contested in Dutep Water Challenge.
Jakarta Deputy Governor for Trade Industry and Transportation, Sutanto Soehodo explained, Dutep Water Challenge is an event that encourages its participants to learn about the newest development on integrated urban water management.
Sandi Welcomes Visit of Nuffic Neso Indonesia Representatives"The first stage has been started from 2014-2016 with total 24 participants. Then the second stage is held in 2017-2019 with total 30 participants," he conveyed at City Hall.
In this competition, there are proposals submitted by 5 groups that will be selected for the best two. Each group consists of 2-5 participants.
"They are tested to implement things they learned from integrated urban water management sector," he stated.
According to him, this event can be a good opportunity for Jakarta Government employees to implement their knowledge learned from Netherlands through Sister City program.
"I think it is a good chance related to technology. It is also interesting to learn proposals made by alumnus. We will choose two of them," he expressed.
Meanwhile, Representative of the Kingdom of Netherlands Embassy, Lambert Grijins stated, Dutep is one of bilateral cooperation established in a project.
"We have partnerships related to pollution and water management. Dutep program is focus on water management in Jakarta," he explained.
